The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21588 of 2024, dated 06.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
