The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14531 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioners have complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
