The present Civil Miscellaneous petition filed seeking to condone the delay in representation of 223 days in filing the above CRP against the DVC No.86 of 2024 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 01.09.2025.
