This Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24735 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24735 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
