proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, by virtue of the notification issued under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms.No.799 Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 13.08.1982 and the declaration made U/s. 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms.No.1426 Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 20.09.1983 by the first respondent in respect of the land belonging to the petitioner of total extent of 25.26 acres comprised in S.F.Nos.432, 435, 442, 443/1, 443/2, 444 and 445 situated at Telugupalayam Village, Coimbatore as lapsed in view of the "Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and the Settlement Act 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).
