This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m in Crl.OP.No. 23300 of 2024 until further orders and to report before the Jeyadunganallore Police Station, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District in Cr.No. 1271 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petition has complied the condition on every working day for the past 20 days and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every first working day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
