This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8746 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court to report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that S.C.No.17 of 2024 pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, has been posted for hearing on 18.11.2024 and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8746 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on 18.11.2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
