This Civil Revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 24.06.2025 passed in E.P.No.6 of 2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.2523 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. On 26.09.2025, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/-, which was also undertaken to be cleared within three weeks. When the matter was called on 31.10.2025, since compliance was not reported, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.11.2025 under the caption "for reporting compliance". When the matter was called on 03.11.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported "No instructions". Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post the matter today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
