and Kallakurichi district on the basis of the petitioners application dated 17.06.2025 within a reasonable time.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No. 260/3-2.14 cents property situated at Virugauoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi district on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 17.06.2025.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representation dated 17.06.2025 before the respondents, to survey the petitioner's property and fix boundary stones, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025. 4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 and complete the survey and fix the boundaries

after issuing due notice to the concerned parties, if any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction, the respondents shall complete the process with the aid of the Police. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of four weeks from today.

7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
