ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. Request is made for construction of a pathway to reach the burial ground. Even the survey number of the burial ground is not mentioned in the writ petition.

3. Be that as it may, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions makes a statement that the

representation of the petitioner is considered and within two to three months, pathway would be laid to the burial ground.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
