The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2023, registered for the offences under Sections 174(1) of Cr.P.C and subsequently, altered to Section 302 of IPC, seeks bail. 2.The deceased is the father of the petitioner herein. As a matter of fact, the petitioner had given a complaint stating about the death of his father as if somebody else has murdered him. But subsequent investigation reveals that the petitioner had committed the offence of murder.

3.The earlier bail application had been dismissed on 10.10.2023 and the matter is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Panruti, in P.R.C.No.29 of 2023 and it has not yet been committed. Let the matter be committed to the Court of Sessions and let the charges be framed. 4.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
