Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to forthwith pay the petitioner the sum of Rs.4,62,19,606/- towards compensation for the lands of an extent of 1265 Square Meter in Survey No.13/1C1A Nallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, as per award dated 31.12.2022 in Rc.No.170/2021/NH-5 of the third respondent herein with interest.
