This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13762 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
