Ms.C.Bharathi learned representing counsel for Ms.M.Subha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She also made an endorsement to that effect on the Court bundle.
