This petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner herein as further respondents in the writ petition.
2. In view of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been contended that the petitioner had been left out by the respondents while issuing R.C.No.284045/RECT.11(1)/2011, dated 12.09.2024, it had been contended that while revising the seniority the objections given by the petitioner had not been considered and therefore, his name had not been included in the revised seniority list. This application has been filed seeking opportunity of being heard before deciding the issues raised in the writ petition.
3. Taking all factors into consideration, this miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
