This is an application for condonation of delay of 251 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Karthik Jagannathan, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms.S.Karpagapriya, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 251 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
