This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19841 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai at 10.30 a.m., till the matter is committed and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., and also the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances until further orders.
