When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioners and based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, they enquiry the matter and also assured to complete the enquiry as early as possible.

They have not harassed the petitioners so far.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
