This application has been filed to condone the delay of 6972 days in filing the Claim Petition in C.P.No.125 of 1988 before the respondent.

2. Having considered the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that Company is under liquidation, Court is inclined to condone the delay in submitting the claim, although there is an erroneous delay on the part of the applicant in filing the Claim Statement before the learned Official Liquidator.
