Respondent(s) This writ petition has been filed under article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 7th Respondent herein to de- freeze the petitioners Bank account bearing No.10078083358 lying with the 7th Respondent bank to enable her to operate the same, by considering the representation dated 14.08.2025.

By consent of the either parties, the writ petition is disposed at the admission stage itself.
2. This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to the 7th
Respondent herein to de- freeze the petitioners Bank account bearing No.10078083358 lying with the 7th Respondent bank to enable her to operate the same, by considering the representation dated 14.08.2025.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is maintaining a saving bank account with the branch of the 7 th respondent and based on the cyber complaint made by one Rakesh Singh, the petitioner account was freezed. He made a representation on 14.08.2025 to the respondent to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner. However, no action was taken till date and hence, the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the 7 respondent to consider the representation dated 05.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse is passed as against the 7 th respondent, notice to them is dispensed with.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 7 th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 14.08.2025
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
