ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from interfering with peaceful conduct of petitioner's business at "MOONS AYURVEDIC BEAUTY & SPA", Pandian Hospitality, Madura Panganur Village, Anthanavur, Yelagirimalai, Jolar Pettai, Thirupathur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2023.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, submits that, the petitioner's representation is bereft of details and therefore, the Police has sought for details to consider the representation. If the petitioner respond and produce all the details sought for and the same may be considered in accordance with law.
3. Since the petitioner has given representation to conduct SPA without particulars, the Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. No costs.
