When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case is registered against the petitioners and based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, they enqiry the mater and also assured to complete the enquiry as early as possible. They have not harassed the petitioners so far.
