that though this petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.0060 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police, however, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karaikal, in CC.No.447 of 2025 on 24.11.2025.
