2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 5.30 p.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13628 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
