Respondents (Sumo motu impleaded vide order dated 05.01.2023 made in WP.No. 33300/2022 by CVKJ) PRAYER IN W.P.No.33300 of 2022: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent Selection Committee to forthwith send the merit list of candidates from State rank number 481 till the end of the rank list (in management quota) and from State rank number 1437 till the end of the rank list (in the Government quota seats) to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to admit eligible candidates to the 8 vacant Post Graduate Medical seats in the petitioner College for the academic year 2022-23 and to further direct the respondent 2, 4 & 5 to approve the admissions so made by the petitioner.
PRAYER IN W.P.No.33303 of 2022: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent Selection Committee to forthwith send the merit list of candidates from State rank number 517 till the end of the rank list (in management quota) and from State rank number 1789 till the end of the rank list (in the Government quota seats) to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to admit eligible candidates to the 13 vacant Post Graduate Medical seats in the petitioner College for the academic year 2022-23 and to further direct the respondent 2, 4 & 5 to approve the admissions so made by the petitioner.
