The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hand of the respondent offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.3 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner/accused was employed in Aruna Bhaskar Agency Petrol Bunk at Thiruthuraipoondi, from October 2013 till 17.12.2016. It is the case of the respondent, that the petitioner, in that interregnum period, had manipulated the accounts and had misappropriated substantial sum of Rs.42,21,607/-. 3.The defacto complainant has also filed an application seeking to be heard.

4.This matter is pending from 17.11.2023 and consistently, adjourned at request. It is contended that the petitioner had appeared during enquiry before the respondent and had also agreed to return back the amount.
