CMP Nos.24541, 24542 and 24543 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.24541, 24542 and 24543 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 4444 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant R.Ganesan; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant as appellants 4,5, 6, 7 and 8 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Though, notice has also been served on all the respondents, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent is present. He has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the 1/3

same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
