O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.1950 of 2014, now pending on the file of the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate,Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the defacto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect dated 14.11.2019.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the statements made in the affidavit dated 14.11.2019, the proceedings in C.C.No.1950 of 2014, on the file of the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
