ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to permit the petitioner to travel to United Kingdom in passport bearing No.517061539 for a period of eight weeks.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw petition with liberty. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the trial Court seeking permission to leave India for certain period. On receipt of the same, the trial Court is directed to pass orders on such petition, on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs.
