The petitioner herein was arrested on 29.07.2025 for the alleged offence of robbery, wherein a sum of Rs.300/- was taken from the defacto complainant at knife point.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner has three previous cases registered against him, including one for murder, in which he has already been convicted. He further submitted that during suspension of sentence period, the petitioner has committed the present offence. 3.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
