This petition has been filed to grant an order of exemption from surrendering the petitioner before the Trial Court, in pursuant to the order dated 19.09.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
