This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9768 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5941 of in Crl.O.P.No.7149 of 2023 dated 24.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
