ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation to cancel the illegal Pattas issued in the name of 3rd respondent in Patta No. 1669 and 4th respondent in Patta No. 1869 after conducting enquiry inviting all the necessary parties and to dispose the petitioners representation dated 21.07.2022.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, the DRO has conducted enquiry and passed orders on 11.08.2025 and thus, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, they request to dismiss the present petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the respondent.
