The above writ miscellaneous petition is filed to restore the writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 19.10.2023.

Mr.A. Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has no objection in restoring the writ petition.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of the writ miscellaneous petition. In view of "No Objection"

expressed by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the writ miscellaneous petition is ordered and the writ petition is restored to file.
