W.M.P.No.31401 of 2023 in W.P.No.30303 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This petition has been filed to amend the name of the village viz., Vadakandan instead of Vadamangalam mentioned in prayer portion of the affidavit in W.P.No.30303 of 2023 and consequently modify the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.30303 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

This Court by an order dated 19.10.2023 already disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.30303 of 2023 and this miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.31401 of 2023 for amendment of the name of the village at this stage cannot be entertained after disposal of the writ petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
