This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal daily at 10.30 a.m., till the committal and thereafter, appear before the Committal Court on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender Month in Crl.O.P.No.12243 of 2022 order dated 15.06.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
