PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 01.07.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur in Crl.MP. No.4059 of 2022 and conduct further investigation and to file the report within a time frame as directed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed to complete the investigation and file final report within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein being aggrieved by the Referred Charge Sheet filed by the respondent police on 08.05.2017 has filed a protest petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate had considered the protest petition and has declined to accept the closure report and directed the respondent police to file a final report at the earliest, this order was passed on 01.07.2023. To expedite the investigation and file final report, the present petition is filed by the complainant.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that further investigation as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate is underway and will be completed within a period of two months and soon thereafter, final report will be filed.
