ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled out of the Court and the petitioner has paid a part of the amount to the respondent as agreed upon before the Execution Court and they have also entered into a compromise agreement dated 26.04.2025, before the Execution Court, and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above civil revision petition. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

2.
