For Petitioner : Mr.N.Desinghu For Respondents : Mr.K.Raja For R.1 and R.2 Mr.C.S.K.Sathish For R.3 O RDER The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though he had voluntarily retired from service in the year 2016 itself, his voluntary retirement service compensation of Rs.77,083/-, EL Surrender Arrears for the years 2010-2012 amounting to Rs.27,027/-, EL Surrender Arrears for 45 days, amounting to Rs.50,032/- and ERBS pension amount with interest @ 12% p.a with effect from 01.05.2016, have not been paid. The petitioner has given a representation on 14.11.2022 for the aforementioned purpose. Since the representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Heard Mr.N.Desinghu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2022, seeking for disbursement of the payments relating to VRS Compensation of Rs.77,083/-, EL Surrender Arrears for the years of 2010-2012 amounting to Rs.27,027/-, EL Surrender Arrears for 45 days amounting to Rs.50,032/- and ERBS Pension Amount with interest at 12% per annum with effect from 01.05.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
