2. As per the direction of this Court, by order dated 03.11.2023, a Compliance Report has been filed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation and it is relevant to extract paragraph nos.4, 5 and 6:

''4. I submit that in the meantime the Additional Secretary (Technical), Housing and Urban Development Department has passed an order in the appeal filed by the petitioner herein in Letter No.4131803/UD-VII(1)/2023-5, dated 03.08.2023, by setting set aside the notices dated 09.02.2023 and 11.02.2023 and directing to issue fresh notice.

5. I submit that in order to comply with the orders of this Court, the buildings belonging to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent herein were again inspected and fresh measurements were taken. sk 85 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 971 were issued to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent herein.

6. I submit that after expiry of statutory period of the above notice further action against both the petitioner and the 5th respondent will be taken as per the provisions of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.''
