ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 822 days in filing the petition to restore W.P.No.19383 of 2014 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

2. When the writ petition was disposed of on 09.12.2025, the delay was ordered to be condoned and the writ petition was considered on merits. However, nothing was sent with reference to the restoration petition after the delay was condoned.

3. In view thereof, the following sentence shall be included in the original order in W.M.P.No.38477 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025 in paragraph No.3:

"The petition in W.M.P.SR.No.139240 of 2025 for restoring the writ petition is also deemed to be allowed at the SR stage."

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after carrying out the above correction.
