3. The factum of the death of the 2nd respondent in the Second Appeal and their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 13372 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3942 of 2023 is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of the respondents in the cause list at the time of admission.
