ORDER

In continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court on 21.02.2025, the respondent/contemnor is present before this Court today. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that subsistence allowance has been paid, as per the proceedings of the respondent dated 08.01.2024.

3.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the subsistence allowance paid to him, liberty is hereby granted to him to seek for any shortfalls in the payment. 04.04.2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order hvk 2/4
