O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in view of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the Director General of Police issued a Circular Memorandum in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 with regard to the procedure to be followed for the issuance of Non Traceable Certificate. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives the representation following the instructions given in the Circular Memorandum, necessary action would be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation based on the instructions given in the Circular Memorandum Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. On receiving such representation, the respondent Police is directed to dispose of the representation in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
