Prayer in W.P.No.32413 of 2024 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.71 Higher Education (K1) Department dated 15.03.2024 insofar as it relates to item No.25 stating that B.Sc., B.Ed (Physics) awarded by TamilNadu Teachers Education University is equivalent to B.Sc., Physics only from 2023-2027 batch onwards for the purpose of employment in public service, and consequential proceedings of the third respondent in the provisional selection list dated 22.7.2024 for the subject Physics insofar as it mentions the petitioner's candidature as 'withheld' at S.No.5 therein and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to treat the petitioner as eligible for the post of Graduate Teacher Physics for appointment under the recruitment notification dated 25.10.2023 issued by the third respondent herein.

Prayer in W.P.No.3748 of 2025 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in GO. Ms. No.4 Higher Education (K1) Department dated 08.01.2025 insofar as it relates to Item No.61 stating that B.Sc., B.Ed., (Physics-4 year Integrated Programme) awarded by Tamilnadu Teachers Education University for candidates enrolled up to 2022-2023 is not equivalent to B.Sc., Physics for the purpose of employment in public service and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to treat the petitioner as eligible for the post of Graduate Teacher - Physics for appointment under the recruitment notification dated 25.10.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent herein.
