Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India may be seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondents ending with the order of the 1st Respondent in G.O.Ms.No.80, Housing and Urban Development (HB5 (2) Department dated 13.05.2003 and quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 not to allow Garage No.5 at Foreshore Estate, Chennai 600 028 to any person except the petitioner herein.
