ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to give police protection to the petitioner and his agricultural land comprised in Survey Numbers.448, 485, 486/2 situated at J.Krishnapuram Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the petitioner, the first respondent police had issued C.S.R No.202 of 2019. Thereafter, the first respondent police conducted enquiry and found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party in CSR No.202 of 219 and the same was closed on 12.08.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
