ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the the respondents 1 to 3, to take control over the temple namely Arulmigu Sree Navasakthi Vinayagar Temple, Priya Nagar, Phase II, Plot 6, Abhirami Nagar, Urapakkam, Chengalpattu District under the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department based on the communication dated 29.04.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.547/2021/E3.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader, placed a letter in Na.Ka.No.5072/2022/E1/dated 13.12.2022, wherein, it is inter alia stated that on the basis of Inspection Report, appropriate actions will be taken under the HR & CE Act. 2/4

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that respondent shall take action as per the Inspection Report submitted by the third respondent under the HR & CE Act.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
