ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in order dated 02.11.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.2095 of 2022 imposed by the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court below enlarged the petitioner on bail on a condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,79,000/- at Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Dharmapuri. However, the petitioner has now come before this Court for modification of the condition since he was unable to pay the amount as imposed by the Court below.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.2095 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- at Mediation and Conciliation Center, Dharmapuri. All other conditions remain unaltered.
