The petitioner / daughter seeks transfer of M.C.No.81 of 2014 pending on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Arakkonam.

2. Since the petitioner herein is the daughter of the respondent, only unmarried daughter is entitled to claim maintenance but now she got married. Therefore, I do not find any merit to transfer the matter since the respondent is also senior citizen.

3. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as no merits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
